Donald Ross Road
This eastern section of Donald Ross Road in Juno Beach, Florida, is evocative of Old Florida landscape where a new road was blazed. The decision to leave a larger median (rather than a typical median with expansion available on the outside) gave 2GHO the opportunity to create a dynamic tropical hammock landscape with a backbone of tall Royal Palms rising above curved Cabbage Palms offset by masses of blooming Bougainvillea. Stately Date Palms enhance the narrower portions of the medians which creates a rhythm and openness that balances the tropical hammocks.
