2GHO was responsible for the development of the revised master plan, final site plan and full landscape architectural plans and specifications for this existing park facility located in Riviera Beach, Florida. Staff & members from 2GHO also prepared the application for site plan approval through The City of Riviera Beach as well as processed this application through the final approval by the city council. Post approval services included preparation of full landscape architectural construction documents, bidding and negotiations of the landscape and hardscape aspects of the project and landscape construction contract administration services.
